Role: Divisional Head HRLocation: TamilNadu&nbsp;Requirement:&nbsp;'- Post Graduate Degree in Management / MSW with Specialization in&nbsp;HR&nbsp;/ Post Graduate Diploma in&nbsp;HR with over 20+ years in&nbsp;HR&nbsp;function from manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement the people strategy and&nbsp;HR&nbsp;budget for the division2. Ensure end to end management of HR activities right from hire to retire3. Looking after union management, will be handling settlements.&nbsp;4. Ensure adherence with all safety standards defined by SFL, oversee areas including facilities, utilities and others as applicable for the division5. Lead and manage the Divisional and plant&nbsp;HR&nbsp;function
