Key Responsibilities:§&nbsp;Responsible for efficient execution of recruitment operations activities in the areas of employment contract generation, documents collection, background checks and onboarding logistics§&nbsp;Management of off-boarding for leavers§&nbsp;Record creation and data management in HR Information System§&nbsp;Record management and maintenance of employees’ personal file online§&nbsp;Management of queries received via team mailbox – employment certification, benefits &amp; employment regulations queries and respond to ex-employee reference check§&nbsp;Management of employee life cycle events – probation end, transfer, re-employment§&nbsp;Arrangement of payment for invoices from service providers (i.e. recruitment agencies, benefit providers, background check etc)§&nbsp;Manage fit and proper screening process for candidates and existing employees
