Performing business requirement study of customer and prepare GAP analysis between business requirement vs product offering; wherever needed use creation and interpretation using process maps, and flowcharts (e.g. using MS Visio, Smart Draw, etc)
Conducts and Participates in iterative meetings to provide customization related inputs and clarifications. The role is responsible for bringing appropriate business and technical teams together to facilitate solutions that meet user needs
Engage with different compliance stakeholders (e.g. payroll statutory) across the globe for product related discussions, when needed.
