Responsible for ensuring timely, prompt and efficient delivery and implementation of all HR services, policies and programs. Also responsible for development & implementation of procedures and processes aimed at ensuring a high standard of delivery and continuous improvement of the service.
Manage, control and audit all HR related financial payments (payroll, employees expenses & benefits, settlements, Government affairs related payment, outsourced contracts etc.) on a monthly basis.
Lead HR Automation initiatives and building HR tools to enhance process efficiencies
Managing smooth Exit process in terms of completion of the full and final settlements for employees, Ensure that all the actions are taken in strict adherence to the HR Policies & Processes.
Conducting Terminations/Exit Processes document findings and cycle it back for process betterment and thus help in maximizing retention
Conduct monthly HR governance review with Sr. Leadership to showcase progress on initiatives, data for the month, successes and challenges
