Identify evolving trends and conceptualize/ implement innovative operations and transformation solutions for international e-retail, CG, travel and Hospitality companies in the arena of customer experience, mobile commerce, analytics and other emerging areas.
- Bid (RFI/RFP) Response, solution scoping, solution design & Bid Process for Digital/ traditional retailers, CG and travel providers - Operations, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics etc.
- End to End Solutions designing, Client Relationship Management, Transformation consultancy across Industries
- Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, operations, pricing, transition, technology, facilities et al) to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submission
- Lead and Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of winning solutions for customers to introduce and establish new solutions into their business and business processes
- Strong contribution to account mining / cross-sell activities and follow them up by pitching relevant capabilities to help create new opportunities.
- Mapping clients requirements and coordinating in implementing processes in line with the pre-set guidelines
