Responsible for Leading the India Network Operations team.
Should have very good experience in managing large teams that support global networks.
Should have worked on supporting Cisco routers, switches,Check point firewalls and other range of network/telecom products in the market
Very good understanding of processes and should be able to demonstrate experience in designing and implementing processes around various network services that enable improvement in service quality.
Exposure to design and configuring network services, maintain uptime and availability of production network and telecom services.
Work with a team supporting steady state delivery. Manage escalations from various stakeholders, team members, etc. help troubleshoot issues/incidents.
Detailed knowledge of incident, problem and change management and implement best practices to ensure stability of the global network.
Attend customer calls/meetings to understand and resolve issues.
Lead the team to convert business requirements to optimized network design and implementation
Should have had hands on experience in routing, switching, security domains.
Work on customer facing projects.Guide team members with expertise.
Manage VPN, WAN, LAN design, implementation and optimization projects
Should be able to lead complex troubleshooting for technical issues and escalations.
Work closely with customers, project managers and other engineers to develop customized network solutions.
Should be proactive and be able to lead from the front, take ownership and accountability of operations to maintain the critical global network infrastructure.
Management by metrics - define the right metrics, measure and ensure the team is accountable for delivery high quality deliverables.
