P&L responsibility for the zone Growth, Quality & Profitability of the portfolio are the key drivers.
Manage around 10 to 15 branches in a leadership role; Ensure all branches within zone perform as per the business expectation on sales, portfolio quality, collection and recovery.
Planning and coordinating sales activities of all branches in the zone including conducting regular marketing activities by all branches on ongoing basis.
Ensure accountability of sales team is met; Develop and nurture business sourcing channels at all branch locations and ensure steady flow of business
Scrutinize all proposals to ensure compliance to credit policies and process
Maintain portfolio quality with least delinquencies and NPL; Coordinate collection efforts of collection team to achieve collection parameters
Overall administration of all branches in the zone and ensure compliance to laws of land.
