Roles and Responsibilities

Job Requirement:

  • Ensuring Operations aligns with business needs, including workforce planning necessary to
deliver value and results for clients and the business

  • Supporting and coaching members as a leader and expert, to enable them to deliver
more value in their squads

  • Enabling an agile and frictionless organization by role modeling agile behaviors
  • Proactively partnering with Operations, center of excellence, and squad leaders to
  • influence strategic decisions related to your area of expertise
  • Measure performance through established KPIs and deliver agreed upon business,
technology, and people results

  • Set and enforce standards and ensure the work performed is aligned
  • Gaining and sharing relevant insights, knowledge, industry best practices and developments
within area of expertise

  • Supporting business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, backlog refinement, prioritization, story writing, user acceptance testing, discovery, analysis, scope definition, release planning, measurement, deployment, etc.
  • Participate in the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, Release Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives; keep up to date with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
  • Identify business needs and improvement opportunities; develop use cases and propose solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 15+ years of Overall Experience spanning across Business/System Analysis, Project/Program Management, Product Management and People Leadership
  • Agile mindset; experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tool preferred
  • Proficiency in various business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, uses case development, story writing, and user acceptance testing and product documentation
  • BE, BTech, MBA, Graduates
  • Shift Timing: 11.00 AM to 08.00 PM
