Job Title: Head of Sales – GCC/GIC/Captives
Location: Mumbai/ Delhi/Bangalore/Noida
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to take on the role of Head to manage the GIC/GCC/Captive business for one of Clients. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, managing the P&L for India, and scaling our company's capabilities across GCC in India.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and oversee all Capability and Innovations Hubs globally, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
· Manage the P&L for India, focusing on Captive/GIC business, and drive initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
· Develop and implement strategic plans to scale the company's presence in India, GCC, and with global clients.
· Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Capability and Innovations Hubs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
We are looking for (Essential on arrival)
· Proven leadership experience in a global role, preferably in a similar capacity within the IT and digital services industry (Pref Tier 1 or Tier 2).
· Familiarity with the India, GCC, and global business landscape.
· Strong understanding of business operations, P&L management, and experience driving profitable growth.
· Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills with a track record of successfully scaling business units.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
· MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business or a related field.
