Roles & responsibilities:

• Proficient in providing comprehensive support to diverse clientele within the medical devices, life Sciences and healthcare sectors, preferrably in IVD (In-Vito Diagnostics).
• Skilled in managing the entire product development lifecycle, from inception to production, utilizing a strategic blend of onsite-offshore methodologies and seamless global integration, culminating in successful product launches.
• Proficient in crafting compelling capability decks and delivering engaging presentations to secure new business opportunities.
• Demonstrated proactive approach in identifying and addressing various Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) requirements.
• Specialized in designing and developing cutting-edge instruments with IoT connectivity for real-time data capture and monitoring, emphasizing Design for Service principles.
• Proficient in facilitating design transfer and providing manufacturing support to contract manufacturers.
• Extensive experience in leveraging diverse materials and manufacturing processes, including expertise in Jigs & Fixtures design, Press Tooling, Injection Molding, and Plastic Part design.
• Accountable for project scoping, scheduling, requirement gathering, and comprehensive project management, ensuring adherence to project milestones, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Thorough understanding of engineering principles, including ASME Y14.5M-2009, GD&T, and tolerance analysis, with familiarity with ISO 13485, IEC60601, IEC61010, and ISO14971 standards.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory, as well as external suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution and achievement of organizational objectives.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech or any equivalent degree
• Experience in Project Management, NPI development, VAVE and Sustainance Engneering
