Job Role – Data Analyst

Job Location- Kolkata/Mumbai (Hybrid mode with 3 days in office)

Experience- 2 - 4 years

Must Have Skills/Competencies:

• Collect, organize, and analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Design and create interactive dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to communicate complex information effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.

• Interpret data and present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision-making.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and dashboard creation.

Nice to Have Skills/Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

• At Least 3 to 5 years’ experience working with data analysis tools and databases (e.g., SQL, Python,R, Excel).

• Good understanding of Dashboard

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
