Responsibilities:

1. Making MIS Reports of collated data
2. Meticulously working on the data collated from various sources of department and preparing comprehensive reports
3. Ensuring the precision of the reports
4. Preparing Delivery Files
5. Extensive work on Excel

Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

1. Any Graduate
2. Overall 3+ years of experience in MIS function in a BPM environment
3. Knowledge of MIS tools and concepts
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Technical/Soft Skills:

1. Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Ability to work swiftly and successfully in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
4. Result Orientation and ability to multi-task
5. Planning and scheduling - time management.
6. People Management skills
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred work experience & Qualification
