A leading executive search and recruitment firm is looking to hire a seasoned key account manager to maintain strong relationships with clients. The key account manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

·       Developing and sustaining strong relationships with clients.

·       Focus on revenue generation and providing superior customer engagement.

·       Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.

·       Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.

·       Developing a thorough understanding of clients' needs and requirements and delivery planning


Role Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of proven experience in key account management.

·       The ability to build rapport with clients.

·       The ability to handle multiple client accounts. 

·       Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

·       Exceptional customer service skills.

·       Excellent communication skills.
